Dr. Jaime E. Bochantin
Assistant Professor of Communications and Organizational Science
Dr. Bochantin is a highly acclaimed speaker with expertise in organizational communication and behavior, negotiation and conflict management, organizational culture, training and development, compensation and benefits, research methods, and organizational change and development. She has led training workshops and guest lectures at prestigious institutions like Harvard University’s School of Business and School of Government, Loyola University’s School of Business, and the University of Hawaii-Manoa. Dr. Bochantin has conducted training and development workshops for a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations, including Saudi Aramco, Tara Trask & Associates, LLC, Foley & Lardner, LLP, Chicago Police Department, Kolb + Company, The Saylor Foundation, and the Bahrain Society of Training and Development.
A certified mediator, she has taught a number of CPE and CLE courses on the topic of conflict management to members of the legal community as well as professionals from various industries. Dr. Bochantin serves as Chair of the Professional Education Committee for the American Society of Trial Consultants, Chair of the Organizational and Professional Communication interest group for the Central States Communication Association and is a regular member of the National Communication Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Academy of Management.
