Uniquely collaborative, creative, and customized for high-impact learning solutions

Premier planning and project management processes are only part of what UNC Charlotte Executive Education brings to a custom partnership. Our priority is to delight our clients.  We work closely with you, as an extension of your team, to create highly customized learning experiences that align with your organization’s strategic goals.

We take pride in our commitment to customization, from both our staff and faculty. As a result, every program embodies our philosophy of quality: inspired design and flawless execution. View or download our brochure.

Examples of our work include:
  • A multi-faceted, half-year development program preparing the next generation of senior officers at an evolving national services firm.
  • A partnership with a global manufacturer to integrate an action-learning analytics program into their strategic marketing planning process.
  • A series of finance and accounting modules tailored for the high-potential leaders of a global packaging manufacturer.
  • A comprehensive analytics program for a regulatory authority seeking to increase value to its members with data insights.

Building Your Program:

Define - During the intitial phase, the priority of our collective teams is to thoroughly define the current state, and state of the participants’ and organizational capabilities.

Design - The focus during the second phase is to formalize the program framework and define the work required to develop the full program.

Develop - Here, a full team of your leaders and UNC Charlotte faculty and staff engage to develop the content and materials.

Deliver - The pinnacle of the process is the program delivery, when the training and activities are conducted and fully evaluated.

Review - At key points participants are asked to provide feedback on their experience. Formal participant feedback and our staff's observations and evaluations are combined to help identify any refinements needed to the program design.
